2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take full responsibility for our products until they reach your hands. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will provide a complimentary replacement or a full refund.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a claim, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must start from the sealed outer courier bag and show the product being removed and inspected. This ensures a transparent, “no-questions-asked” resolution for genuine cases.
Reporting Period: Please notify us of any transit-related issues within 48 hours of delivery.
3. How to Raise a Claim
If you have received a damaged product, please follow these steps:

Attach the Video: Include the mandatory continuous unboxing video and a clear photo of the damaged area.
Resolution: Our team will review the footage and, once verified, will arrange for a replacement or refund within 24–48 hours.
