​2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
​We take full responsibility for our products until they reach your hands. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will provide a complimentary replacement or a full refund.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a claim, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must start from the sealed outer courier bag and show the product being removed and inspected. This ensures a transparent, “no-questions-asked” resolution for genuine cases.

​Reporting Period: Please notify us of any transit-related issues within 48 hours of delivery.

​3. How to Raise a Claim
​If you have received a damaged product, please follow these steps:

​Attach the Video: Include the mandatory continuous unboxing video and a clear photo of the damaged area.

​Resolution: Our team will review the footage and, once verified, will arrange for a replacement or refund within 24–48 hours.
